This is the first mortgage loan I’ve needed to apply for on my own. From the date I made the offer to closing was a mere 21 days. Adam and his team were total professionals. They were pressed to get everything together and while many times I felt I was bothering them with questions because I just didn’t understand something, they never made me feel I was a bother. They took my calls immediately or called me back in very short order. They were responsive to texts as well. All the prep is one thing but actually getting successfully to and through Closing is quite another. Sure, it was an extremely time-consuming process…for me AND for them. When timing is as critical as it was in my case, it’s immensely helpful to have folks who know their business, and they do. Many times I needed help understanding the questions I had regarding the information that was being asked of me. They always extended the attitude of ‘we’re here to help!’ which speaks to the culture of the company. I am beyond delighted with how I was treated and I really can’t say enough positive things about this company and this team.
