GIVING BACK

Community Referral Program

We are proud to have the opportunity to support our local communities, charities, schools & nonprofit organizations. In the Spring of 2020, we started the Community Referral Program. Over the past four years, Method Mortgage has been able to assist over 2,200 clients with their mortgage needs. Thanks to your referrals during the 4th quarter of 2023, we were able to give $1,375 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama. BCRFA’s mission is to help find a cure for breast cancer by funding promising Breast Cancer Research in Alabama and to raise community awareness and funding for that research. Thanks to you, our contribution will help fund and promote collaborative and innovative research to help diagnose, treat, prevent, and eradicate the disease. For the 1st quarter of 2024, we are looking forward to helping theAmerican Heart Association – Alabama thanks to your referrals, business, and support. This organization funds cardiovascular medical research, educates on healthy living, and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke. February is Heart Month, an annual observance dedicated to raising awareness about heart health and cardiovascular diseases. Feeding the Homeless

Our team had a great and fulfilling day coming together last month to serve and support Nancy New in her mission to feed our homeless population in downtown Birmingham’s Linn Park. Method Mortgage plans to continue to spread kindness and support those in need throughout the new year.

Holiday Toy Drive

Thanks to everyone who supported this year’s Holiday Toy Drive at our office! With your help, we were able to give joy and hope to children in our area who would have otherwise gone without opening gifts on Christmas morning. Collected toys were delivered to children at local shelters including First Light, Grace House Ministries, The Lovelady Center, Olivia’s House, Jessie’s Place of the Jimmie Hale Mission, and One Roof a few days before Christmas.

Brunch & Learns

Several of our loan officers have recently hosted “Brunch & Learns” at Real Estate offices in our area. We have discussed a variety of topics including some of the challenges Realtors are facing in the current market and how Method Mortgage can help. We can also host a “Focus on Credit” seminar that counts towards 3 hours of Continuing Education credit. Reach out to one of our loan officers to find out more about these complimentary seminars!
