2020 Positives

We don’t have to tell you that this past year was “unprecedented.” With unprecedented being the most overused word of the year, we also don’t need to remind you of all how you’ve heard this word on the news or in Zoom calls, but we do want to acknowledge all of the ways this year was unprecedented—in a positive way. (And yes, there were some positives!)

We Grew

2020 was a year of growth for Method Mortgage. We added two members to the Method Mortgage team. 2020 was also the year of the home. Over the past 12 months, our homes became everything: a gym, an office, a school, a movie theatre, and so much more. Our dedication to social distancing and our paperless process made it possible for us to help our clients navigate easily through the homeownership process.

Chris Simpson | Loan Assistant
Chris is a born and raised Birmingham local. He is a graduate of Auburn University. He is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the loan process.

Josh Vesser | Processing Assistant
Josh is from Marietta, GA, and graduated from Samford University with a degree in Finance. Josh joined the Method Mortgage team in October 2020 and is responsible for ensuring that the loan process is as quick and easy as possible.

We Moved

That’s right, in the midst of all the craziness of 2020, we packed up and moved all the way across the street. Grab your mask and come visit us in our new space! Note our new address: 601 Vestavia Pkwy Ste 300.

We supported Our Community

At Method Mortgage we are proud to support our local communities, schools & nonprofit organizations. Here are a few of the organizations we supported in 2020 through membership, volunteering, and contributions.

We are especially grateful to be able to support local organizations through our Community Partnership Referral Program! 95% of our business comes from referrals. We created this program to pay that forward and we donate $25 for every referral to a quarterly charity. With that said, if you have an organization that you’re passionate about, please reach out to us so that we can consider them for our next quarter!
